Get the Best Auto Body Shop Experience

Proper training and certification to make sure your Auto Body Shop experience is outstanding.

I-CAR Certification

I-CAR stands for Inter-Industry Conference on Auto Collision Repair. It was founded in 1979 as a not for profit organization that dedicates itself to training everyone within the collision industry with the objective of improving the quality and safety of auto body shop repairs.

Their Mission Statement:

“To research, develop, and deliver quality technical educational programs related to collision repair; to raise the level of available knowledge and recognize professional achievement; thereby improving communication throughout the Collision Repair, Insurance, and related Industries for the ultimate benefit of the consumer.”

We believe unless you are certified you shouldn’t touch a vehicle. Bob’s Paint and Body Shop currently has 110 I-CAR certifications. We are continually taking classes to learn the latest technologies. Your car and your life are too valuable to be trusted to less than stellar Auto Body Repairs.

Assured Performance

This is a non-profit consumer advocacy group that helps consumers find the optimal repair facility for their program. All major motor manufacturers recognize this program as certifying a shop to repair their vehicles back to specifications.

Assured Performance has strenuous requirements that an Auto Body Repair Facility is required to meet before they will grant them the title of Certified Collision Care Provider. They require Auto Body Shops to have the proper tools, equipment and training to guarantee vehicles are being properly repaired.

We are proud that we are a Certified Collision Care Provider and recognized for our skills in performing an exceptional Auto Body Repair.

If your car is drivable, one of the first steps to getting your collision repair started is getting an estimate. You can get a free estimate from Bob’s Paint and Body Shop or the insurance company responsible for the repairs. We use the industry leading CCC ONE Estimating System. We choose this system for its clear organization of parts replacement, so that you can easily understand what parts are being replaced or repaired on your vehicle.

This is by no means a full list of all insurance companies we work with. No matter who you have, we will work with them. If the insurance company has already written you an estimate, no worries. Bring that estimate to us and we will use that as a base line for starting your auto repair process. You don’t need to worry that the insurance may have missed something on the estimate. Once we get your vehicle in the shop, we will tear it down and find any hidden damage. We will document the supplemental damage and contact the insurance to get the repairs approved. No extra hassle for you.
